Noble Wasps' Nest - Metal Weave and Epoxy Resin

Noble: Raffir Noble is a material composed of brass, copper or bronze gauze ribbons fixed in a slightly tinted epoxy resin. This semi-transparent resin improves the depth effect in 3D. Each piece has a unique design.

The combination of semi-precious metals, resin in a unique design, gives this material a "luxury" side that will suit various creations, such as knife sleeves, musical instruments, watches or jewellery ... We recommend the "Noble" for any product on a small or medium scale for which aesthetics and uniqueness are crucial.

Noble" available in several versions:

- Black or amber resin but also phosphorescent and photochromic.

- With brass, copper or bronze gauze ribbons or a combination of these ribbons (brain/copper, brass/bronze, copper/bronze).

- And finally you can choose between different designs: wave, moon or wasp nest.

Machining:For machining: you can use the same tools as for wood, or los. Can also be machined with a digital control machine.

Sanding / polishing: water sanding is recommended to avoid dust; or wear a mask for dry sanding by avoiding heating the material – up to grain 400. For optimum shine, polish with a felt using a special plastic polishing paw.
