Use: Finishing work with little cutting and good shine

Composition: aluminium oxide, refined beef tallow, stearin and paraffin

Texture: low fat, low adhesion and weak soiling on the support, resists heat well.

Media: semi-rigid and soft cotton, anti-retardant accelerating for finishing

Aluminium oxide: also called Alumina. It is a metallic oxide, the 2nd most abundant of the earth after silica.  It is an odourless white powder insoluble in water. This metallic oxide is used for brushing, polishing as it has good cutting power and low shine.

Implementation advice: since this polishing paste is low in fat, it applies with moderate pressure. Rotation of the disc will heat the bread and soften it to place a film on the disc.
