Uses: Ideal steel for kitchen knives, razors or other sharp tools requiring high wear resistance, while remaining easy to sharpen and work. This tungsten alloy with carbon is particularly pure, with low levels of impurities.

Thermal treatment:
- Normalization at 850 – 880°C for 5 to 10 minutes, then air cooling to room temperature
- Heating at 810 – 820°C and holding for 5 minutes (66HRc after soaking)
- Oil dip (suggested oil: Rye 32)
- Comes back twice for two hours at 200°C to obtain a hardness of 64HRc
