Shipping your package
Packages are generally dispatched the day after receipt of payment. Delivery time within France and Europe is 2 to 15 days and worldwide up to 20 days. They are shipped via Colissimo or Mondial Relay with a tracking number and delivered with or without signature. Packages can also be shipped via Chronopost and delivered against signature. Regardless of the chosen delivery method, we send you a link to track your package online. For cutting, embedding, and stabilization services, a lead time of 4 to 8 weeks is required depending on your order.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, while transport fees vary based on the total weight of the package. We recommend that you group all your items into one order. We cannot combine two separately placed orders, and shipping fees apply to each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken for fragile items.
The box dimensions are appropriate, and your items are properly protected.
