Mercorne's return policy: what you need to know

Ordering rare materials online requires a certain amount of trust. Knowing what happens in the event of a return is part of that trust. Here's how Mercorne approaches the issue.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, you have the right to cancel your order within a certain period of time after receipt. This period allows you to change your mind, to notify us of your wish to return the goods and to organize the return shipment.

Conditions for accepting a return

The materials we ship are carefully selected and prepared. A return can only be accepted if the product is unused, in perfect condition, returned in its original packaging and properly protected for transport.

Damaged, incomplete or deteriorated products cannot be accepted for return. This framework is there to protect the integrity of the parts and guarantee fair treatment for all.

Refunds

After receipt and verification of the returned product, reimbursement is made in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in our GCS. How long this takes depends on the original method of payment. Here, too, we apply the same rigorous standards as for an order: serious processing, with no unnecessary delays.
