We entered the cutlery business with zebu horn, then expanded our range to offer a wide choice to dress your creations.

Resell materials we select by creating partnerships with manufacturers around the world. This gives you access to exotic materials without having to go through import procedures. Materials from all over the world just a click away.
Cut out
Cutting materials as varied as a mammoth tusk or a horn requires real know-how, which we have acquired over the years. With over 10 dedicated cutting machines and 25 years of experience, we can cut all types of materials to your specifications.
Stabiliser
Stabilizing materials. Recipes that we have been developing and improving since 2006. This process densifies your materials. It affects the mechanical qualities of materials, as well as their appearance. Stabilized wood is wood that has been saturated with synthetic, natural or colored resin using a special technical process. Send us your material to be stabilized, along with your requirements (colors, dimensions, etc.), and we'll make it for you.
Inclure
Include materials in resin. Whether for a knife handle or to create a personalized object, we offer you the possibility of including objects (photographs, feathers, prints...) in an acrylic resin. This service allows you to personalize your creations. Mercorne was the first to offer this kind of personalization service. We acquired this know-how in 2006.
