Croupon is a bovine leather with highly resistant characteristics that can effectively protect knives in the form of a made-to-measure case. Vegetable-tanned croupon can be used for a leather moulding technique.

To personalise your creations, you can emboss this leather either hot or cold. This unfinished croupon can also be hand-dyed. Beware, however, of exposure to UV rays, which will change the colour without prior protection. Our advice to avoid this is to protect it with a leather resin, once your creation is dry and finished.
