Handle birch

Birch(Betula pendula) is one of Europe's most versatile woods for fine cutlery. Native to Europe and Northern Asia, it is distinguished by its light color ranging from white to pale yellow, sometimes enhanced by golden hues. Its moderate density (around 0.65 g/cm³) gives it good strength without weighing down the knife. Its fine, even grain gives it a beautiful, shiny polish that enhances its natural appearance.
