Carbon mixed damascus | Knife handles | Mercorne

Damascus and mixed" carbons are high-end composite materials obtained by fusing fragments of carbon fiber with an epoxy resin enriched with mineral colorants or precious metals - gold, silver, bronze. The result is a randomly patterned material visually reminiscent of traditional damascus steels, with excellent mechanical strength inherited from carbon fiber.

At Mercorne, these mixed carbons are selected for the originality and regularity of their patterns. Cut in our workshop in France, they are offered in a range of formats suitable for the manufacture of handcrafted knife handles. Each plate is unique. For any technical advice on working or assembly, Olivier will personally answer your questions.
